Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. operates a dedicated metal stamping facility in Xiamen, Fujian, China. Equipped with Japanese YAMAZK precision stamping machines, our factory delivers high-volume, tight-tolerance stamped parts for global clients.
Stamping Equipment
Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. runs a fleet of Japanese YAMAZK forging machines, including YAMAZK SPP-110 (110-ton precision stamping press) and YAMAZK SPP-80 (80-ton high-speed stamping press). Each press is paired with an automatic coil feeding system, enabling consistent, high-speed production with minimal manual handling.
Stamping Operation
Our experienced operators manage complex progressive die setups and high-volume production runs on YAMAZK forging machines. Each operator is trained to handle automatic coil feeding, die alignment, and in-process part inspection to maintain consistent output quality throughout the production cycle.
Automatic Coil Feeding
Raw metal coils are loaded directly onto automatic feeder systems connected to each stamping press. This automated feeding process ensures consistent material feed rate, reduced operator error, and higher output per shift. Material thickness typically ranges from 0.3mm to 6.0mm depending on customer requirements, with compatibility across steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper coils.
Tooling & Die Making
Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures custom stamping dies in-house. Our tooling capability covers progressive dies for multi-step stamping, compound dies for simultaneous operations, and custom die design based on customer drawings or samples. Before mass production begins, sample parts are produced and submitted for customer dimensional approval. Production only starts after samples are confirmed, ensuring zero dimensional surprises in bulk orders.
Finished Parts
After stamping, all finished parts at Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. undergo a visual inspection before moving to the next stage. Parts are sorted, counted, and organized by batch to ensure accurate order fulfillment. Our production capability supports both small prototype runs and large-volume orders, with consistent part quality maintained across the entire production batch.
Packaging & Export
Finished parts at Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. are carefully packaged to prevent deformation or surface damage during international shipping. Standard packaging includes layer-by-layer stacking with protective interleaving, wooden pallet base for forklift handling, and stretch wrap with strapping for sea freight. Custom packaging is available upon request. We work with experienced freight forwarders in Xiamen to handle export documentation, customs clearance, and international logistics for shipments worldwide.
