Our Stamping Equipment
Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. operates multiple YAMAZK precision forging machines including the SPP-110 (110-ton) and SPP-80 (80-ton) stamping presses. Each machine is equipped with an automatic coil feeding system for consistent, high-speed production. Our equipment supports material thickness from 0.3mm to 6.0mm across steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper.
Metal Stamping Process
At Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd., every order follows a structured production process to ensure dimensional accuracy and consistent quality:
- Customer provides drawing or sample
- Our engineering team reviews design for manufacturability (DFM)
- Custom die is designed and manufactured in-house
- Sample parts are produced and submitted for customer approval
- Mass production begins after sample confirmation
- Finished parts are inspected, sorted, and packaged for export
Automatic Coil Feeding System
Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. uses automatic coil feeding systems connected to each stamping press. Raw metal coils are fed continuously into the press, reducing manual handling and ensuring consistent part dimensions throughout the production run. This system significantly increases output per shift while maintaining tight tolerances.
Tooling & Die Making
Metal Stamp Factory Co., Ltd. designs and manufactures all stamping dies in-house. Our tooling capability includes progressive dies, compound dies, and custom dies based on customer drawings or physical samples. In-house tooling means faster lead times, lower tooling costs, and full control over die quality and maintenance.
